RENTERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE PETS. Kayak and bicycle storage are available for owners for a nominal annual fee. In each of the 4 courtyards, there are picnic tables and grills.The beach is 1/2 mile away. Numerous options for affordable public transportation are available. The two airports are approximately 28 miles away. Disney World is 1 and 1/2 hours away. Downtown St Petersburg is an easy 20 minute drive to the exciting and ""happening"" vibrant downtown area. However there are many wonderful restaurants within a 5 mile radius, including weekly fresh air markets. Come and take in all of Boca Shores. You will want to stay!
