The community boat dock is first come first served; dock dues are $250 a year. Downstairs there is an outdoor shower for you to use when you come back from the beach, or a day out on the boat. Little Gasparilla Island doesnt have any grocery stores, restaurants, or shops but we have 3 miles of uncrowded beach to wander on and collect seashells and sharks teeth, swim, or sit with a good book and soak up the sun. There is great fishing in the surrounding waters for redfish, snook, snapper, trout and more. There are sandy trails to drive your golf cart around on and meet all the friendly neighbors.
