The homes in this community were built from 2005 to 2020. There is another section of Traditions which is comprised of townhomes that is not age restricted with approximately 75 homes outside of the primary community called the Verandahs.
Traditions is in Southeast Winter Haven FL off Thompson Nursery Rd. The community includes a north and south entrance as the community crosses Thompson Nursery Rd. The location is close to shopping and restaurants. The LegoLand Theme Park is nearby. There is easy and quick access to Highway 27.
It is a Gated community with homeowner association dues depending on single-family home or villa. They do not have a CDD (Community Development District) fee in the property taxes as some communities do.
The Amenities include a Clubhouse, Fitness Center, Community Pool, Tennis, Billiards, Pickleball, Racquetball, Basketball, Shuffleboard, Walking Paths, Sauna, Bocce Ball, Dog Park, a private boat ramp with rentable slips on Lake Ruby, and a calendar full of community events and social activities. Included in your monthly dues are Cable TV, Internet, and Lawn Care.
