The Community was originally developed and built by Toll Brothers of Orlando. In subsequent years, Arthur Rutenberg Homes, Southern Homes, and Adam's Homes continued building in the community. This Community with approximately 400 homesites are comprised of three and four bedroom single-family homes. The first homes were built in 2007. Builders are still building in the community in 2026.
This community is in Auburndale FL off William Van Fleet Rd and Highway 559. The location is close to Interstate 4 giving you access to Lakeland, Tampa, and Orlando.
It is a Gated community with homeowner association dues. They do not have a CDD (Community Development District) fee in the property taxes as some communities do.
