​Holidays are on the way!

We are finally getting some relief with cooler weather as we go into October. The Holiday months are coming with Thanksgiving in November and then Christmas in December. It is true. November is less than 3 weeks away. By the way, we have no snow in the forecast here in Central Florida. Lol.

If you would like to be in your next home in time for the Holidays, we need to get started sooner than later. It could take a couple of weeks to find your best home once we get started and then another 30 days to close. If we start now, you could experience Thanksgiving in your New Home this year! If that is too soon, there is plenty of time to be in your next home by Christmas.
